As a first-time solo traveler, I was nervous about where I would be staying, not knowing if it would be as the pictures showed. To my relief and satisfaction, I would say it was outstanding, and I would definitely return. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Loved the decor. Kawai was so friendly and informative. He also played the ukulele and sang. He was a joy to talk to daily.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was pretty fast (but cost $50/night). The little breakfast room at the top of the hotel has great ocean views.

Popped over from Maui for the night for the Waikiki Film Awards! Bright colors, amazing staff, comfy bed, rooftop pool with ocean view. Room darkening shades. In the heart of Waikiki walking distance to nightlife. An older hotel that was spruced up with paint and vibrant fabrics. Complimentary snacks and drinks in room, $5 meal card for HEAVENLY, lobby offers complimentary morning coffee as well as filtered water, still and flavored sparkling water. My room was perfect for me. I’ll be back

The rooms were older but clean. The hotel itself had amenities that we always need on vacation... laundry on site, ice and filtered water. It’s located about half a mile from the heart of Waikiki and that’s ok with us since it was quieter and not so busy. Parking was great and accessible.

The first night we checked in, our AC unit wasn’t working properly, so I called down and told them it wasn’t working properly and asked if they could look at it the next morning. We got through the night, and the next morning they told me they could not get the AC fixed, so they were going to move us to a penthouse suite. Kayla, the front desk person, orchestrated this move, and it was the most amazing thing. 15th floor, top floor, full view of Fort DeRussy Beach Park, Hilton Hawaiian Village, and on Friday night we had the most incredible firework show ever. The front door was Diamond Head. Just an incredible experience. We were close to shopping and dining. Just so thankful for Kayla.
