My husband and I just needed an escape. We had never been to Margaritaville. It far exceeded our expectations! While we were lying out by the fabulous pool, a gentleman asked us how was everything. He was the pool manager, George. We were talking for a bit and we made sure he knew how much we were enjoying the facilities! We will be going back again for Labor Day! Book your stay at Margaritaville!

The lady at the front desk was very rude, made me stand there 10 or 15 minutes, me and some other guests, kept over talking me, did not have the room I requested, complaining about the work she had to do, had to get one of the housekeepers to get a room ready for me, and then told her she needed to hurry up. The whole stay she was very rude to most. She also kept talking about how much I paid for the room over and over as if that made me less than because I found a discount. Will not be going back.

The staff was sensational, but I wish that the meat selection would change daily. Also, the rooms were adequate and clean and the cleanup crew was very nice.
