I'm traveling alone. It was my second time in Pod Times Square, and I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean. Hotel in perfect location... Next time it will be Pod Times Square again for sure!

Location is perfect. Only a few minutes walking distance from Town Square or the garment district, but without feeling crowded and overwhelmed. The room was HUGE, especially for NYC and had a microwave/fridge. Check in was a breeze and the staff was fantastic our entire stay.

We arrived super early, not expecting to check in, but they allowed it. There was an extra fee but we were so tired from flying all night we didn't care. The receptionist did upgrade us to a corner room, at no charge. We loved the room, felt like New York! We had two bathrooms, an amazing view and two very comfortable beds. For those who reviewed the hotel seemed outdated, well you don't know NYC. We had everything we wanted including the nostalgia of old NYC. We drank at the bar and had late night dessert in the restaurant. Everything was perfect. Great recommendations from staff for bagels, close to Macy's and shopping!

I was a little concerned after reading some of the negative reviews. The doorman and front desk staff were exceptional and accommodating. I look forward to my complementary bottled water every day – especially in the heat. The location was fabulous – close enough to Grand Central but away from all the commotion we will definitely return.

I loved the view - oh my gosh, seriously unmatched! The room was big enough for 2 and tidy and clean. I appreciated the ease of moving throughout the hotel, and the staff was so incredibly accommodating.
