The location was perfect, right off the highway, and right off Rainey Street District. The hotel offered complimentary Margarita at check-in as well as a bottle of water for both of us. We also received, as part of the hotel amenities, a $15 food and beverage credit when billing to our room. We utilized the poolside drinks and the credit was applied automatically and reflected on our folio. Parking was easy, with front door valet service. Every part of the hotel was finished in luxurious finishing, giving a sense of luxury at every turn. The bathroom toiletries were all scented beautifully with natural essential oils. The best part was the complimentary use of their logo’d YETI water bottle. This was useful, as we were able to take it with us to ACL fest. The in-room minibar area was convenient, and semi-reasonable on pricing. Love the property, service and amenities. Everything is well thought out, and the amenities don’t fail to impress. Also, there’s an espresso machine in the rooms, not a coffee maker, with nice glassware.

The staff was both friendly and professional, and the building was well-maintained. The lobby and the restaurant had a modern and appealing look. However, the beds and furniture in the rooms appeared old and outdated. Despite this, the hotel's quality, cleanliness, and location were all fantastic.

We love the overall atmosphere. My husband and I were married here a couple of years ago and this place means so much to us! The bartenders are so nice and welcoming. Every detail is thought out to perfection. Food and drinks are superb.
