Service was great when I arrived, someone opened the door for me, then I was greeted warmly by the front desk. The lobby is so cool, really like the vibe. They checked my bags so I could explore the city until check in. The rooms are small, but quaint. The happy hour for free beer is a cool inclusion - it was nice to sit and chat with some of the other guests. It’s centrally located so I could catch public transit and walk to all the places I wanted to see easily. Overall a nice stay though.

The hotel staff was incredible. Our room was located above the main restaurant/bar and a private event was going on. The front desk person (I think Terry) was so kind and moved us to a much quieter room so quickly. Everyone was professional and friendly. Rooms were a bit warm, but it is an old building without proper AC.

Very hip (I'm an 80s kid) very clean, very easy to get around the hotel, the elevator has a great key card security system that's easy to use and adds a feeling of safety. The bikes were rad, friendly staff, friendly barista and great breakfast! Was so nice being so close to a lot of cool things to see.

The room was nice. The location was good; we could walk to everywhere we wanted: Space Needle, Pike Place Market, the piers, shopping, etc. The staff was very helpful. They helped us figure out how to get where we were going and called transportation for us.
