The location is exceptional! We walked right out onto the Riverwalk and off we went. The public spaces were very nice. The bartenders were excellent! Very personable despite always being super busy. The signature scent of the hotel is incredible. And the valet service was well worth the money!

The room was great. I stayed on the first floor. I like the fact the ceilings were higher. Plus the view was more than I could ever hope for.

Exceptional and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location on River Walk was perfect. Starbucks was a half block around the corner for morning coffee and breakfast was as simple as walking next door or strolling down the street. Several drug stores were nearby for bottled water and snacks. I experienced some of the best sleep in years on an extremely comfortable mattress.
