Flight Disruption Assistance helped travelers who experienced a delay or missed their connection instantly rebook the next flight to their destination – no matter the airline – at no additional cost, or receive a refund.

Cancel for Any Reason and Change for Any Reason allowed travelers to add broad flexibility to their trips in case plans changed before their travels. With Leave for Any Reason, travelers could leave their hotel for any reason at or after check-in and book a new hotel of the same star category for free.
