Flight Disruption Assistance helped travelers who experienced a delay or missed their connection instantly rebook the next flight to their destination – no matter the airline – at no additional cost, or receive a refund.
2/3 of travelers indicated that they changed or canceled travel plans this year.
Cancel for Any Reason and Change for Any Reason allowed travelers to add broad flexibility to their trips in case plans changed before their travels. With Leave for Any Reason, travelers could leave their hotel for any reason at or after check-in and book a new hotel of the same star category for free.
The #1 concern of travelers this year was booking their trip at an affordable price.
Price Freeze allowed travelers to lock in a good deal and hold it for a set amount of time. Travelers confirmed plans with their travel buddies and took time off work without missing out on a good deal.
