Michelle at the front desk was my absolute favorite, valet/bell services was always prompt, and the lobby had an awesome refill station for filtered water and ice, plus instantly hot water for the perfect tea! Arcade was quaint and a hidden gem with bathrooms on that floor. S’more kits were so much fun! Beach ball souvenir for my son was a big hit. Jojo at the Tiki Bar was helpful at ordering food poolside and getting someone to open umbrellas and refill towels. Business center with printer and computers was super useful as well!

After a terrible failed booking through Airbnb down the road, I found myself with no place to go with 2 small children. I got on Hopper and found this place a few blocks down the road and Nancy was AMAZING from the moment I walked into the lobby. She immediately got us a room several hours before normal check-in, 2 free drinks at the restaurant and quickly changed the mood of our vacation. I am so thankful for her and all the staff at this resort. The splash pad for the kids was such a blessing! The entire resort was awesome! The pool and hot tub were exceptional and the entire place is wonderful. The ocean view was so relaxing and being able to have beach access was a great way to end our vacation. We ate at the onsite restaurant and the food was great. I had the grilled chicken wrap. The staff were so nice and checked up on us frequently. They had yard size games (checkers, chess, connect 4, Jenga, etc.) in the pool area too. There were plenty of pool towels, a restroom outside and a sprayer to clean off the sand. If you are traveling with children, this is the place to go!
