Loved the pool. The guy who worked the pool, providing smoothies, popsicles, towels, etc. did a very good job. I only wish I would have gotten his name. Bartenders did a good job. I also liked the fact that management moved on getting the pest control company there after we complained about the Thousand-legger insects.

The front desk associate, Leno I believe her name was, was beyond kind and helpful. Jefferson in Isabel’s was friendly every day we went for cocktails and appeared attentive to all guests and their needs. Very pleasant with everyone.

Very welcoming front desk, helped out with all and any issues. Claudia and another younger woman at the front along with a younger gentleman (I forgot his name) were very nice and very helpful. Our family who were staying at another hotel needed to evacuate after they checked in, I went down to the front desk and Claudia helped me get them a room here for four nights which was not easy and was a bit of a process but did it with no hesitation and was more than happy to help and the younger woman took it on when Claudia was off Saturday and Sunday. Those two were wonderful. Friendly bar staff

The room was a very nice size. It was clean. We loved the pools. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The travel service I used to book the room booked me for 2 rooms instead of one. The hotel quickly fixed the issue and did not charge me.
