I liked how patient the staff was with me. I had a bit of an anxiety attack and they held their composure and were very polite to me in the end.

Clean overall other than an unswept floor and coffee left in the coffeemaker. The room had the feel of an efficiency/studio apt. Maybe I overlooked this info in the description--this is an extended stay motel without elevators. Rooms are equipped with a coffeemaker, microwave, stove, and small fridge so no food--breakfast--is provided. There are vending machines and laundry facilities. The location was right off a major highway and near a mall with a lot of food and shopping options. There is signage that stipulates no noise after 7pm. I felt safe in my room and in the area.

The room was very nice, honestly the only thing missing was a stove, then the room would be the equivalent to a studio apartment. It was very spacious. They had on-site laundry, nice pool, computer for public use, and nicely decorated.
