I recently returned from a long weekend at The Four Seasons Minneapolis. My husband and I traveled to Minneapolis, celebrating my birthday and my husband's upcoming retirement. We went to see a Minnesota Vikings game. We arrived on Friday morning and went to the hotel, knowing full well we may not be able to check in since we were so early. We planned on checking our bags and venturing out to downtown. We booked a Superior Skyline-View Room. Not only was our room ready, but we were upgraded to a River-View Executive Corner Suite! Check-in was a breeze. Molly at the front desk was friendly and showed us to the elevator and told us some things about the hotel. Naomi, the Director of Guest Relations, was also superb. She gave us restaurant recommendations and told us about the Hotel's Nordic Village and how they would be hosting a special event the next day. We got to our suite, it was beautiful, spacious, and super clean! From the ample closet/storage space to the heated floor in the bathroom to all of the amenities throughout the room. I can't say enough about this suite. A few minutes later, champagne and balloons with a very personal card were delivered to our room! The next night, we returned from dinner to find chocolate-covered strawberries in our room with another personal note. The attention to detail goes above and beyond at this hotel! Every person we encountered at this hotel went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. This was our first time staying at a Four Seasons, and I hope not our last!
