The room was over the street and noisy, but they moved us the next night and the room was great.

We did experience some issues with our room, but I truly appreciate that the hotel manager, Saul, personally contacted us and was very responsive. He offered great customer service and made sure our concerns were addressed. That made a big difference. So if you choose to stay here, I highly recommend contacting Saul directly if anything goes wrong — he is kind, professional, and willing to help. Give the hotel a chance to fix things before leaving a negative review.

The staff was really friendly. They allowed for a later check-in since I was traveling from out of state. The room was clean and smelled nice. It was very quiet considering being on the first floor directly next to the lobby. Great experience for the price.
