Hopper uses the third party entities below (each, a “subprocessor”) to process personal data on behalf of Hopper partners.
Where the engagement of a subprocessor requires the cross-border transfer of personal data, Hopper conducts Transfer Impact Assessments in accordance with applicable data protection law for these data transfers. Hopper imposes obligations on its subprocessors to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures ensuring that the subprocessing of personal data is protected to the standards required by applicable data protection laws.
