Travelers come to Hopper for help with their trips. We strive to add the most real-life value possible and to use our technology to allow customers to save money and travel more.

Impact real lives.

The product is not the Hopper app but instead the travel and Fintech products that Hopper sells. We measure success, then, in metrics that reflect value added to customers like money saved or time saved.

Don’t assume on behalf of the customer.

We let the customers speak for themselves and measure the success of our products through data on customer behavior. We do not presuppose to have a crystal ball telling us what a customer needs or wants.

Add value and not fees.

We generate revenue through providing goods and services that customers value and gladly pay for — not through added fees or markups on the underlying travel products.

Offer better prices.

We work to offer the best prices possible on the widest selection possible. We innovate to offer better prices and even more transparency. We do not pass on our pricing inefficiencies to our customers, but instead work to resolve them with the suppliers.

Do right by the customer.

We act only with the customer’s best intentions and hold their trust in the highest regard. We accomplish this through low prices, adding value and providing excellent customer service.

Create real partnerships with suppliers.

We seek to create mutually beneficial relationships with our travel suppliers and to engage them in our mission to deliver more transparency and lower prices for our shared customers. We always treat our suppliers with respect and do not engage in price arbitrage.
